Healthy Eating Series- First Post!!! #thesewingmachinebefab- Brown Bread vs White

Yay! So here we are with our first post on the Healthy Eating Series #thesewingmachinebefab

Will share the tips that helps me maintain a decent statistic & also stay healthy internally. A little bit of both food & exercise helped me a long way to lose the extra weight & the constant fatigue. Now i am lighter on the weighing scale & the same time super duper energetic :)

So here is the my first golden rule: ALWAYS EAT Brown Or Multigrain Breads

So why is white bread a no-no for me?

Brown bread is made from WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR which is way more healthier than WHITE WHEAT FLOUR. As to make white flour all bran & wheat germ is removed thus robbing it of its nutritional value. Brown bread thus has higher amounts of nutrients like vitamin B6 & E, folic acid, copper, zinc & manganese.

Also brown breads made from whole wheat contain more fibre , thus helping in digestion. White bread is made from refined white flour which is hard to digest & sits heavily on the stomach AND YES, as it does not digest well, it ads to the tummy. The infamous tummy or belly fat that we want to get rid of !

So switch your bread to brown or multigrain TODAY! and you don't have to do this just at home, today even if you are eating out all places have a brown bread option for the bread basket or sandwiches. Infact they also have brown buns too.
